My car stopped on the highway in the rain today at rush hour, I was told I could leave my car with the key and they would tow it to the desired location. In less then an hour my car was towed 15 miles to desired location. The driver called to confirm where the key was located. Amazing company great and quick customer service the phone never rings more then 3 times before a real person answer ! thanks guys!

I had to call roadside assistance for a tow after the original guy that came couldn't get my car to jump. Tommy came out to help me and got it started with no problem and then actually educated me on what to look for. He then offered to follow me to the dealership to make sure I got there ok. Tommy was very professional and so helpful!!

USAA Roadside Assistance contacted Big Mack Towing on my behalf after I was unable to jump start my Silverado 1500. Billy arrived and was kind, courteous, and efficiently got the truck out of a very tight parking lot. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow. I had a wonderful experience with Big Mack Towing - Michael O. specifically helped me out when I needed assistance after getting off work at 11:15pm. It was dark and late so I was hesitant but he showed up in basically 20-25 min (earlier than estimated) and turned out to be a cool guy and recommended shops in Raleigh, NC to get my VW correctly serviced at. Also, he went the extra mile and waited for my ride to pick me up once we got it towed away to the repair shop at 12:30am! I appreciate the help, I highly recommend these guys!!
